Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Rixoffice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Free trial & plans
Rixoffice offers a limited free trial for new users, followed by simple paid plans. Monthly plans cover manual editing across RixDocs, RixSheets, RixSlides, the Universal PDF Editor and Markdown Studio, plus optional AI features. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Limited free trial
New users may receive a very limited free trial (manual editing only, limited duration and features). The trial is offered solely to try the software before purchase and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Paid plans & billing
Paid plans add AI features, custom API keys and local model support. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.
Bring-your-own-key
When you provide your own API keys (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), usage is billed by the respective provider. Rixoffice is not responsible for third-party provider fees or policies.
Intellectual property
Rixoffice is developed and managed by Rixcart. The software license is available on the official GitHub repository. Commercial redistribution requires written permission.
No warranty
Rixoffice is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk for your own files. Always keep backups of important documents.
