These items are essential for the software to operate securely and function properly: • Authentication State (Firebase Auth): Preserves your encrypted login session across tabs and protects against CSRF attacks. • Currency Preference (rixoffice-currency / rixoffice-currency-manual): Stores your localized billing currency so product prices are displayed accurately in your local format. • Theme State (next-themes): Remembers whether you prefer Light mode or Dark mode. • Cookie Consent (rixoffice_cookie_consent): Records whether you accepted or customized cookie settings.
3. Analytics & Performance Cookies (Optional)
When enabled, privacy-first web telemetry (such as anonymized Google Analytics or edge metrics) measures aggregated visitor statistics, page loading latency, and application reliability. We enforce IP anonymization and do NOT track personal document contents or keystrokes.
4. Desktop Application Offline Storage
Our native desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux run primarily offline. They store your documents, recent files, and custom local AI models (such as Ollama or local GGML weights) strictly on your local hard drive under your OS user profile directory without using web tracking cookies.
5. Managing & Revoking Cookie Consent
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time: • Click the 'Cookie Preferences' link in the footer of any page to reopen the consent modal. • You can also configure your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave) to block or delete cookies in your browser settings. • Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent logging into your Rixoffice account and maintaining subscription state.
