Question 1

What is Rixoffice?

Accepted Answer

Rixoffice is the world's first truly AI-native office suite. It combines Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF and Markdown editors with AI integrated at the block level, real-time agent syncing, and 100% local processing so your documents never leave your device.

Question 2

How much does Rixoffice cost?

Accepted Answer

Rixoffice offers simple pricing starting at $0.59 per month (Starter with 20 Rix AI credits), $1.78 (Standard AI with 99 credits), $4.78 (Pro API & Local with 399 credits, most popular), and $11.96 (Premium API with 1,200 credits). Enterprise pricing is custom via contact@rixcart.com. Prices are automatically converted to your local currency and shown with your country's currency symbol.

Question 3

Is Rixoffice free to use?

Accepted Answer

Rixoffice offers simple plans starting at $0.59/month, cancel anytime. Paid plans add AI assistance, custom API keys (OpenAI, Claude) and local AI models via Ollama.

Question 4

Does Rixoffice work offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rixoffice is fully offline-first. Documents are edited, saved and processed locally on your device. The Pro API & Local plan even supports local AI models through Ollama, so AI features work completely offline without any cloud connection.

Question 5

Which AI models does Rixoffice support?

Accepted Answer

Rixoffice includes the built-in Rix AI on the Standard AI plan and above. On the Pro API & Local plan you can bring your own OpenAI or Claude API key, or run fully local models through Ollama for 100% offline AI.

Question 6

Is my data private in Rixoffice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rixoffice processes everything locally on your device with zero cloud dependency. There are no 0% cloud claims — there is genuinely no cloud: your documents, summaries and AI generations stay on your machine.

Question 7

What file formats does Rixoffice support?

Accepted Answer

Rixoffice includes RixDocs for .docx documents with byte-preserving fidelity, RixSheets for spreadsheets, RixSlides for presentations, RixPDF for PDF viewing and editing, and RixMarkdown for Markdown authoring.
